Returns / Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges up to 30 days. The garment should be unworn and in it’s original condition. To return or exchange your garment, please email us at email@example.com and mail it back to us at:

As we’re still a small company, unfortunately we cannot offer free return shipping at this time. Please pay for your own return shipping costs unless your garment arrived damaged. In that case, send us a photo at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll help you out.
If you’re shipping an item over $75, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot accept responsibility for any items that have been lost, damaged or stolen while in the hands of independent shipping carriers.
Once we receive a return, please allow 2-3 business days for processing and then 5-10 business days for your bank to post the refund to your account. Your refund will be credited to the same card used to make the original purchase.
Pre-sale items are subject to our normal return and exchange policy.
Unfortunately, sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, check with your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done this and you still haven’t received your refund, please reach out to us at email@example.com.
Customs / Taxes
Please note that we do not cover the cost of customs, duties or taxes. These are the responsibility of the receiver and are due upon receiving your package.
